Privacy

What we store

• Your display name, which is public and need not be your real name.
• Your email address, used only to identify your account and to contact you about it. It is never shown publicly and never sold.
• A hashed password. We cannot read it.
• Your posts, which are public and indexed by search engines.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no advertising or analytics trackers from other companies.
• No selling or sharing of your data.
• No private messaging, so there is no private channel to monitor or leak.
• No accounts for children, so we hold no children's data at all.

Your posts are public

Anything you post can be read by anyone and will appear in search results. Please write with that in mind, particularly about your own family.

Cookies

One cookie, set when you sign in, so the forum knows it is you. Nothing else.

Removing your account

Write to hello@wajd.co.uk from your registered address and we will delete your account. We can remove or anonymise your posts on request. Where a discussion would become unreadable, we will anonymise rather than delete, and we will tell you which we did.
